There's a couple of spots where your timing is off. Try listening to the song and playing along. A good effort for the most part. Only please tune your guitar or have the intonation set. Either it's out of tune or the intonation is out.

yeah there are just a little timing error on some of the first chord changes but i think the guitar sounds good

pretty good pretty good... except for one or two parts you play something diffrent than whats supposed to be played...
